The Process.

The actual translation of documents into another language constitutes about 30% of the work involved. The remaining 70% is project management.

Each project’s requirements are analyzed by a seasoned Project Manager who leads the project to completion. The PM assembles a team of translators, editors, proofreaders, graphic designers and software engineers to implement a customized process. Our PMs have been trained to exceed customer’s expectations in quality and to strive to reduce costs.

Every company has its own specific language. We reflect this in each and every document. The effect? Linguistically crisp, culturally sensitive translation that sounds like it has been created for that  specific market. This crucial service is what differentiates us from our competition.

The 4-1-1

For multiple projects, and those that take longer than 30 days, we supply clients with weekly status reports. For large-scale projects, we provide Review Reports as well as Progress Reviews.

We are ISO 9001-2000 compliant and use the SAE J2450 standard for measuring quality. Everything we do is fully documented and processes are stringently followed.


Our service does not end at the door.

Once we deliver a translation there’s still more to do.
Every project undergoes a postmortem evaluation to see what we did well and what we can do to improve the process.

We also ensure that the project’s terminology and glossaries are added to a client-specific translation memory so that we can be even faster and more cost-effective for future projects.
